Hong Kong officials updated lawmakers on the government's public healthcare fee reform, which began in January. Tencent Holdings shares fell 4.6 HKD to 472.8 HKD, while Southern Hang Seng Technology dropped 1.2 HKD to 4.998 HKD. Hang Seng China Enterprises also declined by 1.8 HKD to 91.22 HKD. Kuaishou, however, saw an increase of 4.65 HKD, reaching 53.05 HKD. Zhongxing International fell 3.4 HKD to 73.35 HKD, Alibaba dropped 1.6 HKD to 139.3 HKD, and Hua Hong Semiconductor decreased by 10.6 HKD to 130.8 HKD. Several Hong Kong-listed stocks experienced price changes, with Tencent Holdings falling 4.6 HKD to 472.8 HKD. Southern Airlines Technology dropped 1.2 yuan to 4.998 yuan.
