Greek Housing Satisfaction Declines Amid European Trend

A recent survey across Europe indicates a decline in housing satisfaction, with Greece and Hungary reporting the lowest figures. In Greece, approximately 3 out of 10 citizens are dissatisfied with their housing and are considering moving within 12 months. Only 66% of Greeks are satisfied with their housing conditions, a 2% decrease from 2024. The European average satisfaction rate increased by one unit to 77%.
