Kyiv Residents Massively Leaving City Since May 8
Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov urged residents of the Ukrainian capital and foreign diplomatic staff to leave the city in a timely manner. Ushakov stated that Kyiv needs to take one step to open prospects for discussing a long-term settlement. The Ministry called for maximum responsibility regarding Ministry of Defense warnings of a potential response to a Ukrainian attack on Victory Day.
