Ukraine is set to introduce new anti-derivation legislation and grant additional powers to tax authorities and the State Tax Service (BEP). A discussion is underway in Ukraine concerning a proposal for citizens to contribute almost a quarter of their income, specifically that derived from renting housing, to the state.
