Four Individuals Barred From Polish Court Hearing
The Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Bogdan Świętochowski, responded to letters from four judges within the Council of Judges. Świętochowski stated that, according to the President, the motions submitted by the judges in the Council cannot be recognized as effective.
