Amnesty International Criticizes Malian Authorities Over Arrests
Amnesty International has called on Mali's transitional authorities regarding recent arrests. Researcher Ousmane Diallo stated that the arrests, including the nighttime detention of lawyers Montagatal and others by masked armed men, demonstrate a lack of law and order.
