Tô Lâm, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, has been elected as the President of Vietnam. The new leader has announced an ambitious economic plan targeting 10% GDP growth. This target exceeds Vietnam's recent growth rates, which have been recorded between 7% and 8%.
