Ethiopia Issues Arrest Warrant For Omar al-Bashir
The Ethiopian government has issued an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir. Al-Bashir was previously indicted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes. Sudan has requested that Ethiopia return Sudanese nationals following several arrests in the country.
