Vietnamese President To Visit India
The ASEAN Chair and a Vietnamese high-level delegation will visit India from May 5th to May 7th at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The visit is expected to serve as a milestone for bilateral relations. Vietnamese Communist Party General Secretary To Lam will lead a delegation to India from May 7 to July 7. The announcement was made on VOV1 Vietnam. The visit is intended to add new momentum to Vietnam-India relations. The delegation will travel to India for the scheduled diplomatic mission. Discussions are expected to focus on strategic sectors including rockets, ships, and drones. India is also looking to expand cooperation in shipbuilding, repair, maintenance, and information technology exports. The President of Vietnam is scheduled to arrive in New Delhi later today for a three-day state visit to India.
