Portugal Considers Reprogramming Recovery And Resilience Plan
Pedro Dominginhos stated that a reprogramming of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) may be necessary this month. The potential move comes in response to current situations and ongoing issues with project implementation. Dominginhos noted that a careful analysis of signaled investments is required to ensure all subsidy funds are captured. A minister explained that one-third of the PTRR funding is private. He added that 96% of the measures within the plan were not previously budgeted. Only 4% of the PTRR has a defined allocation, which was assigned to the PRR, Portugal 2030, and PEPAC for agriculture. The discussions include potential adjustments to Portugal 2030 and the PEPAC for the agricultural sector.
