“Bereits 1949 stand zwar im deutschen Grundgesetz Artikel 3, Männer und Frauen sind gleichberechtigt. Aber eine rechtliche Anwendung auf dem Gebiet des bürgerlichen Rechts wurde erst am 3. Mai 1957, also heute vor 69 Jahren, vom Deutschen Bundestag festgeschrieben im sogenannten Gleichberechtigungsgesetz. Momente von Diskriminierung aufgrund von Geschlecht, sozialer Klasse, Bildung, ethnischer Zugehörigkeit oder Religion finden immer noch statt. Und erschreckend ist doch, die Zahl der politisch motivierten Straftaten ist gestiegen.”
