Medical Inquiry Into 2009 Pediatric Incident Adjourned

Expert witness Yau Kin-cheung testified that the initial diagnosis and treatment provided by Dr. The hearing addresses a complaint from a mainland couple alleging negligence by a pediatrician at Baptist Hospital. The couple claims the medical error caused their newborn son to develop cerebral palsy. A previous decision to drop the inquiry following long delays was overturned.
