Germany Leads EU Nationals In Russian Residence Permits
The number of applications for temporary residence permits in Russia has increased to approximately 3400. In late October of the previous year, 2275 applications were filed. Germany is identified as a leader among European Union countries in terms of arrivals to Russia.
