Ukraine Sets English Proficiency Standards For Civil Servants

This requirement also applies to heads of state scientific institutions and higher education institutions. Ukraine has implemented a new policy requiring public servants to learn English. The application period for these positions is open until June 17, 2026, with expected admission results on June 30, 2026. The program aims to improve motivation and effectiveness in daily work, with a rule to identify the three most tasks of the day.
