Poland Needs Constitutional Changes For Equal Rights
The Confederation party advocates for a constitutional reset, particularly concerning the judicial system. The policy aims to provide financial support to working families. The President stated that the Constitution will require changes on May 3. He noted that debates regarding whether the country should adopt a presidential or prime ministerial system must begin. The President expressed that the current division of power into two camps in Poland cannot continue. It is currently unknown which leaders will accept invitations to participate in these discussions. The Sejm is expected to have several people working on the constitutional matter. The first members of a new council have received their appointments, including Constitutional Tribunal President Julia Przyżyńska, constitutionalist Ryszard Piątkowski, and Justice Minister Barbara Piwnik.
