EU Parliament Refers Trade Deal To European Court
The European Parliament has voted to refer a trade deal to the European Court of Justice. The decision passed with a narrow majority in January. Support came from French and Polish deputies, as well as far-right and left-wing members, and parts of the German Green Party.
