This follows a message to the US Congress regarding the cessation of hostile acts. naval blockade in the Strait of Hormuz remains in effect despite the lack of direct fire exchange between the U.S. Congress is currently on a one-week recess, preventing any votes on related legislation. Trump stated that lethal operations initiated on February 28 against Iran have concluded. The report noted that approximately 400 oil tankers are currently held in the Strait of Hormuz.
