Oberstagt Ruppelt Takes Command Of German Brigade
Oberst Hagen Ruppelt has been named the new commander of the 6th Sturmische Panzergrenadier Brigade 37 in Chemnitz. The brigade consists of approximately 6,000 soldiers. It serves as a rapid NATO intervention force for Lithuania, according to the German Ministry of Defense. Oberstagt Ruppelt has assumed command of the 37th Panzergrenadierbrigade in Chemnitz.
