Swiss Court Allows Simultaneous Interpretation
A new Swiss federal decree on judicial languages allows proceedings to be conducted in French or German. Uniquely for Switzerland, it also provides the possibility of simultaneous interpretation in criminal cases, based on the language of the accused.
