Constitutional Tribunal Judge Faces Salary Delays
A Constitutional Tribunal judge stated that judges are being deprived of funds, impacting their ability to cover living and travel costs in Warsaw. The judge said that the tribunal is a constitutional organ of Poland and not the property of any individual. Separately, Zbigniew Bogucki, head of the President's Chancellery, confirmed he received a summons to testify as a witness regarding the failure of Constitutional Tribunal judges to take their oaths. The president is accused of making it impossible for members to perform their roles. Christian Markiewicz, a member of the Constitutional Tribunal, stated that a session will be held tomorrow in Sedzibek. Christian Markevich, a judge of the Constitutional Tribunal, stated that salary payments have been delayed. Authorities are authorized to assess the situation based on current findings.
