Bogota Court Rejects Detention Of Three Colombians
The Superior Tribunal of Bogota confirmed a detention order against former Interior Minister Luis Fernando Velasco. The measure was originally imposed on December 18. Velasco is accused of involvement in the looting of the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management.
