Former Minister Accuses Egypt Of International Law Violation
Spanish President Pedro Sánchez accused Israel of violating international legality after the Israeli military intercepted a civilian vessel, the Somo Flotilla, in international waters. Sánchez stated the Spanish government is taking all necessary steps to protect and assist Spanish citizens currently detained by the Israeli army. The incident involved the seizure of the vessel in waters not under Israeli jurisdiction. Former Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha stated that Egypt has violated international law.
