Student Forced To Leave Taiwan After Losing Residency Status
A high school student in Nantou was unable to enroll at National Taiwan University despite receiving a recommendation through a renovation program. Education Minister Deng Ying-yao stated that current laws leave no room for interpretation regarding the case.
