Two-Year-Old Boy Abducted In Norfolk
Virginia State Police issued an Amber Alert for two-year-old Zion Isiere Suzario Dagner, a black male. Authorities believe the child is in extreme danger. The suspect is identified as 35-year-old James Edward Lynch, a black male. The boy was last seen around midnight near Chesapeake Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia. The pair were reportedly heading south on the boulevard at the time of the abduction. He is described as 3'11 and weighing 45 pounds. He was wearing a blue t-shirt with a basketball and Spider-Man, jeans, and black and green Jordan sneakers.
