SelectQuote Under New Ownership Establishes Pittsburgh Hub
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has published its first edition under new ownership with a reduced staff. Longtime music critic Scott Mervis will not be continuing with the paper. Mervis told KDKA that he expected to retain his position after interviewing with the new owners. The new owner has reduced the newsroom staff by 40 to 50 percent. This change marks a new era for the publication with a significantly smaller staff. The company had previously moved its offices to Penn Center West in Robinson Township in 2021.
