Deputies shot and killed one person in Thurston County following a high-speed chase and a shootout. The Sheriff's Office reported that deputies attempted to stop a vehicle traveling approximately 90 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone in Yelm. The incident occurred on Wednesday.
