Maryland Man Sues Ex-Girlfriend And Fertility Clinic
A Maryland man is suing his former girlfriend and a local fertility clinic for allegedly conspiring to use his sperm sample without his consent. The plaintiff claims his ex-girlfriend tricked him into providing the sample. He alleges the sample was subsequently used to conceive children without his permission. The plaintiff claims the woman falsely reported a miscarriage of quadruplets to obtain a sperm sample for an examination. The woman's lawyer denies any wrongdoing, and the clinic states the woman conceived independently without its assistance. The suit claims the woman was never pregnant and used the sample to conceive on her own. A man in Maryland has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, alleging she intentionally misled him during a process at a local fertility clinic. The case is being reported by WTOP's Neil Logganstein.
