Man Shot In Seattle Encampment

“SPD says this shooting happened just before 11 o'clock this morning. As you said, in an alley along Southwest Barton between 17th and 18th Avenue's Southwest. There is an encampment about halfway down that alley and that's where they say the shooting happened.”
