A 49-year-old individual named Song Huaizhi has been using a motorcycle to locate and remove dangerous manhole covers in Jinan. Song began this self-funded activity in March after witnessing an elderly person and a child injured by a manhole cover. He uses online comments to identify specific locations for removal. On one occasion, he traveled to a site at 4:00 AM but was unable to locate the specific cover.
