The China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group's international port business department established a new team called 'Si Lu Qing Feng' in February 2025, composed of young individuals averaging 27 years old. This team is responsible for professional train services and recently received the 2026 China Youth May Fourth Medal (Collective). The team has innovated railway logistics for car exports, developing a method to load cars more efficiently into 40-foot containers, reducing logistics costs by 560 yuan per car compared to traditional methods. Han Pingjie, a member of the team, has rapidly grown in his role, now independently handling business operations.
