CEO Age Increases Significantly
The average age of individuals not completing high school has risen to 61 years old, an increase from approximately 51 years old at the turn of the century. The average age at which people begin their CEO roles has also increased to 55, up from under 50.

And this isn't just a matter of these folks like hanging on longer to their jobs and sort of aging in place. The age that people get the job of CEO has gone up as well. It's now 55 where it used to be under 50.”
