Road Closure Near Taghan Mountain Due To Fire
A fire has caused the closure of the A28 motorway towards Amersfoort between Weesep and Harderwijk. Traffic is being diverted via Apeldoorn using the A50 and A1. Additionally, the N309 towards Dronten between Afriëtheerde and the A20 is closed, along with the N795 towards Epe between Nunspeet and the A309 in both directions. Firefighters have closed the A28 motorway near Amersfoort due to an ongoing fire that is not yet under control. Multiple fire fronts have been identified, and authorities are investigating whether the fire was intentionally set. The incident has caused 34 delays totaling 130 kilometers in length, with delays exceeding 15 minutes on routes such as the A25. congestion is reported, with nearly 200 kilometers of traffic jams, primarily in South Holland and around Amsterdam. The A28 motorway is closed in both directions between Harderwijk and Zwolle due to a large fire.
