Russian Man Faces Treason Charges For Ukrainian Espionage
Russia is accusing Ukrainian and foreign journalists of criminal offenses, according to reports from Kyiv. The Institute of Mass Information is documenting these instances. The individual allegedly used the Telegram messenger to coordinate with agents and conducted reconnaissance at residential locations. He reportedly manufactured explosive devices and performed photo and video surveillance of military units for money.
