Vietnam Railways Increases Capacity For Holiday Peak
Vietnam Railways has added approximately 44,200 trips to accommodate the peak travel period from April 29 to May 3. Additional trips, designated SM-11 and SM-12, will run on peak days. The railway sector is also increasing service on routes connecting Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Nha Trang. Authorities are monitoring passenger flow to deploy additional vehicles as needed. Increased security measures have been in place on various routes since April 24.
