Illegal Border Crossings Increase Via Watercraft In Ukraine
State Border Guard spokesperson Andriy Demchenko reported an increase in illegal attempts to cross the Ukrainian border via the Dniester River. Violators are increasingly using wetsuits and aqua-scooters to move faster and reduce visibility.
