Colombia Medical Specialists Announce May 1 Strike
Medical specialists from Federico Lleras Acosta and Nibagué hospitals announced they will begin a strike on Friday, May 1. The strike is due to five months of unpaid salaries. Julio Montiel stated the action follows persistent failure by EPS entities to transfer owed funds.
