Driver Hospitalized After Hebei Vehicle Fire
A 42-year-old villager named Li Yafei rescued an injured driver after a tricycle overturned and caught fire in Tiejiazhuang Village, Renqiu, Hebei. The incident occurred around 2:00 PM local time. The incident took place in Renqiu, Hebei, on April 12. Reports from Hebei and Changzhou journalists confirmed the rescue. The rescuer was identified as 42-year-old Li Yafei, who broke the window in 23 seconds to save the driver in Tiejiangzhuang Village, Renqiu. The tricycle, which was fueled by oil, suddenly caught fire while moving. The driver was trapped inside the vehicle as flames emerged. The driver, identified as Lei Yafei, managed to escape the vehicle after the windshield was shattered. Gasoline reportedly spilled from the vehicle during the incident, making the fire difficult to control.
