Washington D.C. is observing National Second Chance Month, an initiative promoting healing, visibility, and opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals. The Second Chance Open Mic Night, a collaboration between the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities and the Mayor's Office, featured performances aimed at supporting this cause.
