EU Funded Housing For Displaced Ukrainians Uses Green Technology

Citizens who lost housing due to the war can now access funds for repairs and restoration through the eVidnovlennya program. Citizens can apply for compensation for damaged property through the Diia portal, mobile app, or via a notary. Applicants must open a specialized restoration account at a participating bank and submit a compensation claim in Diia. A specialized local government commission will inspect the property, record it in the register of damaged and destroyed property, and determine restoration costs within 30 calendar days.
