A huge piece of debris reportedly smashed onto the Cross Bronx Expressway in New York City. Debris fell onto the Cross Bronx Expressway around 6 a.m., narrowly missing a driver. John Toledo was driving home when his dash cam recorded the incident, which occurred just under an apartment building. Toledo stated he had "zero time to react" and avoided a potentially "life-ending" impact by a second.
