Buckskin Girl Identity Confirmed
The identity of the 'Buckskin Girl' has been confirmed. This confirmation was made possible by using a stored blood sample from 1981. The individual was brought home to her family. The sample remained unrefrigerated for almost 37 years before being used. The DNA Doe Project was instrumental in identifying the individual.
