Portugal Refuses Extradition Of Cédric Prisun To France

developing Sud Radio Lisbon 4d4d Impact 8
The Portuguese justice system has refused to execute a European arrest warrant issued by France against Cédric Prisun, 42. Prisun is suspected of killing his partner and ex-partner after abducting them with their two children in Aveyron, France, last March. The two women were later found buried in an isolated location in Portugal, where Prisun is currently in provisional detention. The Portuguese Court of Appeal justified its decision by stating that the alleged crimes were committed on Portuguese territory.
