Police Arrest 13 In Triad Phone Scam
Police in Hong Kong have arrested 13 people in connection with an alleged triad-run phone scam. Officers reported that 20 known victims lost more than a million dollars in total. Chief Inspector Wu Su Su from the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau provided details on the operation.
