Former Farmer Accused of Sending Harassing Letters for 20 Years
A 67-year-old former farmer in Nièvre is accused of sending hundreds of anonymous, insulting, and sexually explicit letters. The letters were reportedly sent to both men and women at a rate of approximately two to three per month over a 20-year period. Neighbors eventually unmasked the individual. Local authorities are handling the investigation.
