Driver Three Months Detention In Polish Cycling Fatality
A 57-year-old driver has been ordered to serve three months in detention following a fatal accident in Dąbrowa Kurnicza. The incident involved a collision with a Lithuanian cyclist on a Thursday. A court decided on Saturday that the driver may leave detention if a 40,000 PLN bail is paid. Prosecutors are expected to decide shortly whether to appeal the court's decision.
