Jakarta Cites Utility Excavation For Road Damage
Jakarta Head of Bina Marga Heru Suwondo reported that road damage in the DKI Jakarta area is caused by poor sub-layer conditions. The deterioration is attributed to ongoing utility excavations. Suwondo stated that repairs scheduled for this year will utilize a different method involving the use of concrete along the affected stretches.
