Vietnam Police Fine Motorcyclist For Highway Violation
Traffic police in Vietnam issued fines totaling 16.5 million VND to three individuals for various traffic violations. One violator, a female born in 2008, was caught riding a motorcycle against the flow of traffic on the Hai Phong - Mong Cai expressway. The vehicle owner was also penalized for the infractions.
