Two Military Personnel Die In Diving Accident
Two military personnel died following a diving accident in France early Tuesday morning. The individuals were reportedly trapped in a bridge pillar cavity in the Meuse river. Firefighters recovered the divers from the water, but they were in cardio-respiratory arrest.
