Student Housing Insecurity Affects 1,500 Students
Recent surveys indicate that approximately 1,500 students are currently experiencing housing insecurity. These students are reported to be couch surfing or sleeping in their vehicles. A new project is expected to be completed by 2028 to address these needs. The initiative will also provide low-income students with access to a food pantry and academic counseling.
