Hong Kong Traffic Incident Cleared
The relocation of residents from seven buildings, involving 1736 households and 6265 people, has been largely successful. Delays are also noted from Chi Fu Road to Upper Ring Road in the Eastern District, with traffic backed up to the sports ground near Kai Tak. In Kowloon, traffic is slow on Tung Tau Road towards Yau Tong, and on Shek Pai Tau Road heading towards Queen's Road East, extending to Siu Fei Tai. Traffic congestion is being reported in Hong Kong, affecting routes in Island East and Kowloon.
